The Board of Directors
The Foundation is an independent body governed by a board including 12 members of which 2/3 represent the founders and the employees.
This Board of Directors defines the Foundation's strategy and is responsible for its successful implementation. It examines the dossiers, decides on which actions are to be supported and the budget to be awarded to each project. It checks the Foundation's accounts and makes sure that those associations which received funding comply with their commitments.
Bel's Foundation Board of Directors comprises 12 members who are split into three committees:

Chaired by Antoine Fiévet, Bel's Foundation Board of Directors meets at least twice a year to give its final decision on which cases should be sponsored and to follow up on them.

The Selection and Project Follow-up Committee (SPFC)
The SPFC meets as many times as is necessary and at least before each Board of Directors meeting.
The Foundation's chief representative - Guillaume Jouët - Vice-President Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility - chairs this Committee which is made up of volunteer members. These members are selected from among:
Bel and Unibel collaborators on the basis of their skillful contribution to analyzing the projects submitted and their contribution to the smooth running of the Foundation
