Madagascar

2023

Founded in 2013, AsaParisMada is a French association whose mission is to promote the reintegration of the homeless in Madagascar. The association works in support of actions implemented by the Madagascan association A.S.A.: over the last 20 years, the ASA association has helped nearly 7,000 people, created 28 villages and opened seven schools (2,000 children), one rural skills centre and three dispensaries.

The association’s mission is to provide moral, material and financial support to the people of Madagascar. It operates in several areas: social, educational, health and economic.

In 2019, the Bel Foundation’s support enabled the school run by the association to build and equip the canteen and extend its vegetable garden. These facilities will enable the school to provide better conditions for preparing and serving meals to the children.

In 2023, the project supported by the Bel Foundation will ensure the sustainability and empowerment of school canteens in a migration zone where the association has been operating for several years.

What are the project’s expected results?

A total of 600 pupils will have access to a more complete diet.
